One-day workshops entitled "Introduction to Mindfulness Practice" can be arranged on-site or at a pre-arranged venue. These short workshops can be useful for:
The workshops are practical and experiential, incorporating meditation sessions, yoga (optional), breathwork, feedback and group discussion. The theoretical component is minimal. Attendees receive course notes by email after the workshop.
Longer, in-depth courses are available upon request.
Alternatively, short taster sessions can be arranged. These last approximately 2.5 hours.
In addition, bespoke retreats and workshops can be arranged for staff and/or other groups.
Mindfulness-based Workplace Relaxation Workshop
This is a short workplace-based workshop aimed at teaching individuals and groups to relax mentally and physically, applying the principles of mindfulness. The duration is approximately 45 minutes.
Regular practice helps staff relax and over a period of time, can reduce their stress levels, which can help in improved productivity and fewer days off sick.
Cost: £5 per person, with a minimum of £30.
