Mindfulness Workshops

The word "mindfulness" is increasingly being used in various contexts, and a considerable amount of research evidence has been gathered to support and prove the efficacy of the applications of mindful awareness.

In a nutshell, mindfulness practice enables us to have sustained, present-moment awareness of self, others and the world around us. It teaches us to be fully present in this moment, in exclusion to all the moments that have passed and those that have yet to come, objectively and non-judgementally.

Mindfulness practice can benefit individuals and groups in various ways and at several levels - at home, in education, business, politics, healthcare, the armed forces, emergency services and the prison system
